Do you think our lives have been improved by the Internet? Why?


Yes it does because it helps us better communicate with each other better than just writing letters. It helps us stay connected with our families if we are across the country or across sea.  

Which Is More Important: Talent or Hard Work?  By SHANNON DOYNE  We’ve all heard that hard work is the key to success. But a recent study found that the “profoundly gifted” still have an edge over peers who have less natural talent but are perhaps more dedicated to improving their skills. Have you experienced the power of talent over hard work? Or have you found that success comes to the person willing to put in the most time and effort to achieve it?

I think you need both in your field or work. You need both because it helps you progress in life and it will help take you far in life when meeting new people or when you are going to different places. 

How important to you is texting for developing relationships and connecting with people? Why?

It is very important because everyone texts to connect fast and know whats going on with their family and friends.

What is the one technology or technology gadget that you are thankful for? Why? Include an image of your gadget?

I am thankful for having my PS3. That is the best past time for me and it will never break or mess up.

You wouldn’t want someone stealing your hard work, intentionally or even unintentionally, would you? Of course not. Why?

No i wouldn't want anyone to steal my work. I wouldn't want anyone to steal it because I worked really hard on it and I wouldn't want anyone to take it from me and say that they made it or it was their idea.

What websites that are banned in school do you think should be allowed? Why?  What consequence does this have for students? 

Websites that are banned in school are Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace. I think they should let us use Facebook and Twitter in school because whe can stay connected.

What is cellphone addiction? How can it be prevented?

Cellphone Addiction is when you can't be without your cellphones or you always have on you everywhere you go. The way to prevent this from happening is to just put your phone down and leave in the house sometimes or just turn it off.

Cell Phones at School: Should They Be Allowed?

Yes I think cell phones should be allowed at school because students need to stay in connect with their parents and friends.

You may have heard the phrase, "Choose your battles." Write about a battle in school that you think is worth fighting, or one that isn't. Why?

It means that not every battle or fight you get into you can win. Some battles will be a lost because your not ready or the person your fighting has more experience than you.

Dear PlayStation 3About a year ago, we met and automatically fell in love. It wasn't like love at first site, it was love at first site. I remember the moment my mother brought you home like it was yesterday; seeing you brightened up my day so much. I never knew a piece of technology could make me so happy like you do. This past year has been a lot better with you on my side. You've been with me through the good and bad times, providing me with music and games to take my mind off of whatever is bothering me. There has been so many times where I wanted to cry, but you were there holding me in one piece when I was feeling down.
    Do you remember when I got my phone taken from me when I was walking to school because I had got in trouble in school and my dad did not like that.  I wasn't even mad though, I was just happy that it wasn't you that I lost or got token away from me. If it was you, I don't know what I would've done with myself; it would've been such a hard year without you. I still can't believe we've been together for like a year. Can you believe it? The time passed by so fast.
    Lately, we've been having a few problems in our relationship and I'm sorry, just please don't give up on us. I love you so much, I don't know where I would be without you. In fact, I don't know who I would be without you. Within the past year, you've made me a better person whether you know it or not. I just can't see myself without you. Me without you is like a song with no meaning, purposeless. Baby, the point is, I need you. I know sometimes I don't show you the attention you deserve when I'm sleeping, but I promise I will change my ways. Just please don't leave me. I appreciate you and everything you do for me. And this piece of technology is my beloved PlayStation 3 and I don't know what I would do without you.

What problems does the Internet create? What problems does it solve?

Some problems the internet create is drama, people being killed or kidnap. But the problems it does solve is that is keeps people connected and also helps yes find information.

The most sites I go to is Google.com. I go to Google.com because its shows all the sites I need and it helps me a lot.

What is the special HTML tag that connects web pages together?  Why is this tag the most important tag in HTML?  Give an example of this tag.

The HTML tag is called links. You use links to connect pages and more information on some topics. Like if you use Google its a website that gives you links to find information about people and places.
